This policy explains what information StartUrWeb collects through this website, why it is collected and how it is handled.

Information we collect
When you submit the website review request form, we collect only what you enter: your name, business name, email address, website address, the type of website it is, the subscription you selected, and any notes you choose to add.
That is deliberately the whole list. We do not ask for Google Analytics or Search Console access through this form, and we do not collect address, location or industry details. If we need anything further, we will ask you directly after we have reviewed your website.
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, business, email address, website and message.
We also record basic technical information about a submission — the time it was received, a one-way hashed form of your IP address used for spam prevention and abuse monitoring, and your browser's user-agent string.
Why we collect it
Application details are used for one purpose: to review your website and decide whether we can provide useful ongoing recommendations, and if so to contact you and issue an invoice for the plan you selected.
Contact messages are used to answer your enquiry. Technical submission data is used to protect the form from automated abuse and to keep a record of when and how a request arrived.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not send you promotional email. Submission of the form does not create a subscription and does not authorise any charge.
Who can see your information
Submitted information is visible only to the StartUrWeb team members who review applications and handle enquiries. It is stored on our hosting account and, where an invoice is issued, the details necessary to raise that invoice are handled through PayPal under PayPal's own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Application and enquiry records are kept for as long as they are needed for the review process and for our legitimate business records afterwards. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time.
Cookies
This website uses a single session cookie to keep form submissions secure and to remember your progress if a form is re-displayed after a validation error. It contains no advertising or tracking identifiers. We do not run third-party advertising or behavioural tracking scripts on this site.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@starturweb.com and we will respond. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data protection rights, such as the UK, EU, or a US state privacy law, we will honour those rights for information we hold.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new revision date.
