What We Reviewed
The area of your website examined during the week, and why we chose it.
The service
Your website deserves more than an occasional audit. Get ongoing, practical recommendations designed around your website, your business and your growth opportunities.
What it is
Not a one-off audit, not a maintenance package, and not a generic SEO retainer.
The subscription is a continuing service. Instead of handing you a static document, we keep reviewing your website, week after week, and keep telling you what is worth improving next. Your reports build on each other, because we already know what we found before — and whether it was acted on.
Each week we examine a different aspect of your site. Over time the coverage is broad: performance, technical health, SEO, on-page SEO, content opportunities, search visibility, AI search visibility, user experience, conversion opportunities, site structure, internal linking, competitor observations, local search opportunities, content gaps, landing page opportunities, calls to action, mobile experience, accessibility, and any other website-specific opportunity we find.
We do not claim that every customer receives every one of those items every week. Each website is different, and each week's recommendations are prioritised according to what appears most useful for your particular website at that time.
A few minutes to read. Acting on the priority actions may take an hour a week, or nothing at all if someone already handles your website. Recommendations are sized so that a normal week stays manageable.
Reports are delivered by email, on a consistent day each week, so you always know when to expect the next one.
Weekly reports
Every report answers the same six questions. Inside that structure, the content is written for your website alone.
The area of your website examined during the week, and why we chose it.
The important observations — written so someone from your side can verify them.
Practical, specific recommendations. Not a list of errors.
What the change is likely to affect, in plain business terms.
The shortlist to address first if you only have an hour this week.
What we recommend looking at next, and what we will be examining.
The goal is to provide useful, manageable improvements over time, rather than overwhelming you with a huge audit containing hundreds of problems. A long list of findings is easy to produce and rarely gets acted on.
Concrete, not generic
Not a sample of somebody else's report. Open the type of website closest to yours and you will see the kind of findings we look for, and the kind of recommendations that follow.
You sell a service and win work through enquiries, so the job of the website is to turn a search into a call or a form.
You sell products, so the work sits in category and product pages, and in everything that happens between landing and paying.
Your value is the content itself, so the questions are whether readers can find it, and whether they stay.
Your customers search nearby, so local detail and consistency decide whether they find the right branch.
You sell judgement and trust, so credibility and clarity of the enquiry route carry most of the weight.
You sell a product people must understand before they commit, so clarity and onboarding decide conversions.
Guests decide quickly and often from a phone, so booking journeys and practical detail matter most.
You need people to give, join or take part, so the route from interest to action has to be short.
Prospective students compare carefully, so the practical detail behind each course decides enrolments.
Buyers and tenants research neighbourhoods as much as properties, so free content keeps working between listings.
Your buyers research for weeks before making contact, so capability and specification content does the early work.
Every website gets the same first pass: is it clear what you do, who it is for, and what a visitor should do next?
These are examples of what we look for, not a promise of what every report will contain — your recommendations follow what we actually find on your website, in the order that will help you most. See the eight areas we review
Who it is for
The service is intended for businesses that already have a website and want to improve its performance and visibility over time.
Owners who know the site could perform better but have no in-house specialist to say how.
Businesses whose customers search nearby and who need location-level visibility to be solid.
Firms selling expertise, where credibility and clarity of pages decide which enquiry arrives.
Stores that need product and category pages pulling their weight, not only paid traffic.
Young sites that need structure and positioning decisions made early, while they are cheap to make.
Trades, clinics and agencies that win work through the website and need it to keep improving.
Independent professionals whose website is the first serious impression a client receives.
Teams who want a steady second pair of eyes on client sites between larger projects.
Websites with no physical footprint, where the site is the whole business and small gains compound.
Any business with a live site that wants continuous improvement rather than another one-off audit.
StartUrWeb focuses on ongoing analysis, recommendations and growth opportunities. We do not make guaranteed ranking claims, we do not promise traffic or leads, and we do not silently perform work that was not agreed.
If something falls outside the subscription, we say so in writing before you commit to anything.
An ongoing growth service only works when we can genuinely contribute value. That is why every website is reviewed before a subscription is accepted — and why we would rather work with fewer websites where our recommendations make a meaningful difference.
Submit your website for review. If it is a good fit we will send a PayPal invoice — and your weekly growth programme begins once payment is confirmed.
