Terms of Service
These terms describe how the StartUrWeb Website Growth Subscription works, what is included and what is not.

The service
StartUrWeb provides an ongoing website growth advisory subscription. For each active subscription we review different aspects of your website and deliver a weekly website growth report containing observations, practical recommendations, priorities and suggested next steps. The service is advisory. It does not include website development, redesign, hosting, maintenance, security management, content writing or paid advertising management unless separately agreed in writing.
Applications and approval
Submitting the website review request form is an application, not an order and not a subscription. It creates no obligation on either side and no payment is taken. Every website is reviewed before a subscription is accepted. We may decline an application if we do not believe we can provide useful ongoing recommendations, and we are not obliged to give reasons for a decision to decline.
Invoicing and payment
If an application is approved, we contact you and send a PayPal invoice manually for the subscription you selected. Subscriptions and invoicing begin only after approval and payment confirmation. Monthly subscriptions are $100 per month plus a one-time $50 setup fee, so the first invoice is $150. Quarterly subscriptions are $300 every three months with no setup fee. Half-yearly subscriptions are $540 every six months with no setup fee. This website does not process payments and does not store payment details.
Renewal and cancellation
Monthly subscriptions renew month to month until cancelled. Quarterly and half-yearly subscriptions cover the prepaid period shown on the invoice. Cancellation and refund conditions are set out in the refund and cancellation policy.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee search rankings, search traffic, leads, sales or any specific commercial result. Recommendations are professional judgements based on the information available at the time. Their outcome depends on factors outside our control, including your market, competitors, pricing, offer, website changes you choose to make and changes made by search engines and AI platforms.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, for having the authority to submit the website for review, and for any changes you make to your website. Search Console or Analytics access is never requested through the request form. If you later choose to grant it, you are responsible for granting and revoking that access.
Reports and confidentiality
Reports are written for you and your business. We keep the contents of your reports and the information you submit confidential, and we do not publish customer details or examples without written permission. Reports are provided for your internal use and may not be resold or redistributed as a commercial product.
Intellectual property
The StartUrWeb name, logo, website design and written content remain our property. Reports delivered to you may be used freely inside your own business.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription period in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. The version published on this page at the time of your subscription applies to that subscription period. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@starturweb.com.
